Riyadh — Mubasher: Mouwasat Medical Services Company provided a clarifying statement regarding the legal proceedings initiated against Doctors Company for Health Project

The healthcare provider specified that it became aware of the lawsuit on the evening of 15 October, following the formal filing of the case at the Dammam Commercial Court on 12 October.

The company noted that this supplementary announcement follows its previous disclosure on 18 October. Mouwasat Medical emphasized that it moved to disclose the matter before the first subsequent trading session after learning of the claim to ensure a transparent chronological record of events.

According to the regulatory filing, there are no changes to the developments previously reported, and the company confirmed there is no immediate financial impact resulting from this clarification.

The legal action remains pending before the specialized commercial judiciary in Dammam.
